Residential Room Options
At Sunstar Village Assisted Living Facility, we offer a variety of living arrangements tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
All pricing includes comfortable accommodation, three nutritious meals per day, all-day access to snacks, weekly personal laundry, weekly linen service, towel changes every three days, and daily entertainment and group activities.
Medication administration is also included for residents taking up to five medications.
Whether you choose a private or shared room, every resident enjoys compassionate care, full use of our facility amenities, and support from our dedicated, trained staff.

Additional Fees (Due at Move-In)
Community Fee – $1,500 (Non-Refundable, per resident):
This one-time fee covers administrative processing, initial assessments, and preparation of the resident’s room prior to move-in.
Security Deposit – $500 (Refundable, per resident):
This deposit is held to cover any potential damage beyond normal wear and tear. It will be refunded in full upon move-out, provided there is no damage to the unit.
Optional Services:
Additional services such as transportation, enhanced personal care, and medication management may be available for an added monthly fee. These services can be customized based on the resident's care needs and preferences.
